Josh Payne - Lead Instructor

Joshua Payne is the lead instructor for Payne’s Safety Training and works as a full-time firefighter/AEMT. He brings over 20 years of experience in emergency services, with a strong background in fire, rescue, and EMS operations. Joshua has been teaching CPR for many years and holds multiple fire and rescue-related certifications. He is a certified EMS Instructor through the Pennsylvania Department of Health as well as a certified Fire Instructor, allowing him to deliver structured, standards-based training rooted in real-world experience. His instruction focuses on hands-on, scenario-based learning to ensure students are confident and prepared to respond effectively in emergencies.
